Died:  October 11, 1968 while serving as a corpsman
with Echo Company 2nd batttalion 5th Marines
in Quang Nam Province, RVN his helicopter crashed

Jacksonville Naval Hospital - 1967-68
Vietnam Tour began:  October 10, 1968
Died:  May 12, 1969 while serving as a Corpsman
with the Marine Corps in Quang Nam Province, RVN
from hostile fire and an enemy explosive device.
